Darn , my gastric pain again since from thursday onwards... zzz .

even i eat a lot still pain . wtf . (>.<)

the pain was like wanted to make me lie down plus make me sweat ,

& therefore next step is i just go lie on bed & sleep ,

well this was what i did during this weekend ... sleep a lot (quite ba, not sure)

next step, if still feeling pain , i jiu got no choice but to see doctor ...

sian , i hate to see doctor ... i felt like i was weak .... arhhhhh ... ... ...

hahahahahahake, i was weak after all .... cuz when i was kid i fall sick easily,

then now cause me not that tough & it affects me now ..

even if i have strength(exercise) also no use.. just hate it....

well, & this was one of the reasons that i seldom or did not online on msn for this weekend. . . .

pain/ no pain /pain/ no pain ... well ... 真的很难受 。。。。
my mom told me that once i have gastric pain , it will comes again after sometime.. ..

well ... Todays NAFA test , i can't believe it ....
todays really wa piang leh ....
cuz one day jiu did (5 sets) , plus (2.4KM) run ... siao ...
1st time like this unlike secondary sch...
dam tired lor... totally worn out today ... phew

yeah , those are the record that i gotten, wahahha :

YEAH *sit up : 51 times (got big improvement since during sec5 :P )
YEAH *pull up : 14 times (more than i expected ,12 minimum :P)
YEAH *sit & reach : 49cm (1st try 45cm B, 2nd try 49cm A ..lol )
YEAH *shuttle run : 9.1s (wa cant believe it , never think of it..lol )
PHEW -broad jump: 220cm (i tried this for 4times then finally pass but not A zzzz ,diao if my nafa cant do well becuz of this, i will flare up for sure )
YEAH *2.4km run : rank 26 out of around 165 people ( vs 5 classes really can't believe it ..lol )

well ... dam happy todays result for NAFA test ..lol .... at least my daliy training is not a waste of time sweat plus sacrifice equals to success !!!! ... phew ... ....but now leh , everywhere pain ... & its worth it YEAHHH.....=))

pissed off at the morning

well ...
today i taking bus 17 to school , u know the reason why ?
,,,, cuz of the f***ing bus 12 driver , bus 12 actually just move a bit on the road side & it was on the red traffic where the bus still stopping , & i just rush to the bus & knock e door . then the f***ing driver look at me & just drive away ... wa lao !! ****** ....
i really PISSED OFF AT THAT TIME (>.<) .... i thought that i was going to late for lesson ,but lucky that i go take bus 17 .. phew , heng arh ... in the end just reach the class in time :P

....................during lesson time ....... yeah, today learning new topics for maths lesson, topic 6 matrics ... lol .. this topic was so call easy lor (major) .. just that one thing 很麻烦 is that in ite , need to write the workings down for the steps or else marks will be deducted during exams . unlike from secondary school, just use calculator & write the answer straight away . hai~

............ wahahaha ... our maths teacher .. LOL standing on the chair dancing for us to see ??? =x

LOL .... DANGER .. LOL ... LOL LOL .... the effect of the smoke is so call " fantastic " .. LOL xD

& ready to go for a family race event at pasir ris Community centre ( CC ) .
this is every one months event ,
(walk a jog ) starts at 8am-10am plus..
its for everybody , friends if you all want to go then go la , louis & i got go ...
i'll help u all to get the form , if u all want :) ...

......well .. at 3pm watch (bruce lee show) 李小龙 《精武门》 show ... , haha & i like the way he fight its a nice show i wonder who got watch then will know .. ..........haha , yep dylan is one of them ... woho bruce lee!! my idol .............

6pm onwards feeling unwell , & i really dont know why , & how come , maybe i juz don't have sleep on this few days , just over train ..zzz , but i just cant bear with it cuz my hand will get itchy if i never do exercise ... i was feeling dizzy & a bit headache what the heck .... well .... then later my right leg kana cut by unknown sharp object . & i don't even know how come my leg was hurt & when .. lols .. just when i look down one my feet already have one long cut around (5 cm long) ... zzz , funny right , i even never felt pain at all before i knowing it , just when i saw it i say ouch ... LOLLLLss .. (-.-ll)
