~~~~so Tired ~~~~planned to went to gym with Louis, Ken & Roy, in the end only louis turn up .. lol , from 3pm to 5pm . yea , only two of us . we train hard . . me of course train damn hard.. haha ... but i found that i had weaken a little, . .. . cuz 1st day of holiday slacking, until today then train proper. ..lol .... cant event do 1 pull ups ..sad ? Lol O.o ..jkjk ... is 17* . in the end 16 pulls up nia already half dead .. wa piang eh =x .. zz .. arh taarget is 20 ...then decrease ..sian . end up train too much & felt tired ... well , that will surely be a good sleep for me tonight :D
