..today after sch until 1.30pm , 5 of us went for the Workshop developing planning skills .. only five of us where invited to attend for this workshop .
the talk overall was quite interesting ... got some laughter & etc .. hahaha ...
the talk is about : asking us ~ how ?
~ what ?
~ why ?
.....and how to achieve our goals !! our life plan! etc ....~~~~
also knows more about ourselves .. . ...

At 1st, i thought that it would be boring hearing them talking ... but not so boring la...
only the part where they show us the video part ... i almost fall a sleep =x ... & thats fact ok ! lols xD

...all so focus .. except tat joker beside me keeps laughing lols (mai arm chio hor desmond .. lol)

well ,,, after the talk has ended ... all ppl went home , while left me alone , went to gym do workout ..

from 4pm plus until 5.40pm ... after tat headed to cafe 1 straight away eat dinner , becuz of heavy rain .... =.- .. tonight i sure get a good sleep :D
