ytd after lesson went gym alone. ..
i hope to achive the results tat i wanted, with tremendous workout. .

well, every tue and fri gym ... tats me =D
ytd do 15sets (hand & leg "4 machines total") ... ended muscle ache today .. later still got work =.=ll .
sian .... LOL .. next time i shall train on tue intensive , while fri relax train...
btw feeling muscle ache was GreaT ! means effective =)
