well ... today never go anywhere , just went to my 阿姨 house .
cuz & my 表姐 cooked my bro & i favourite dishes today ...
fried chicken wings , fries , steam fish & soup .. ..yeah :P
& watch NPD show on the television , ... just like that for today .

& i ready for tomorrow's running event at community ... just miss my own training , cuz i have slack a while for my training on this week , due to never go gym... :)
