then go TM walk walk ...gai gai ...

after that .. went to SP
play basketball ...
play play play ... today my aiming was damn good

then do pulls a lot of times ..also nver count ..just do ...
the weather was hot today .... like sun tent ...
so hot ... we still play bastetball ...
then play liao continue do pull ups ,,,
